the new volume on the edge of the street is inserted between 2 existing houses, directing the user, with its funnel-shaped floor plan, towards views and directions unusual for the weinhof urban tissue. at the same time, the project picks the pitched roofs of neighbour buildings, and reveals its interior through the ample glazing open to the street. in the ground floor a courtyard and a large wine tasting area which leads to the wine shop are located. the resulting empty space acquires new value and the urban spaces is enhanced.
